Crossroads Distribution Center North

Crossroads Distribution Center North, consisting of over 260 acres, is located at the Ecorse Road / I-275 interchange in suburban Detroit, just over two miles from I-94 and seven miles from Detroit Metropolitan Airport. At full build-out, the park will offer almost 3.3 million square feet of distribution and light industrial space across eight buildings.

The park’s four completed buildings, Buildings 4, 5, 6 and 11, total over 2.2 million square feet and are 100% leased. Tenants include FedEx Ground (all of Building 5), DSV Air & Sea (all of Building 11), Gardner White Furniture (Building 6), and Service Electric Supply (Building 4).

Construction is underway on Building 8, a 207,000 SF facility expected to deliver by year-end 2026. Ashley Capital is also partnering with Medline, the nation’s largest provider of medical-surgical products and supply chain solutions, to develop a new 800,000 SF distribution center in the park. It is expected to begin serving customers in 2028.
