Crossroads Distribution Center North, consisting of over 260 acres, is located at the Ecorse Road / I-275 interchange in suburban Detroit, just over two miles from I-94 and seven miles from Detroit Metropolitan Airport. Three of the seven planned buildings were completed as of 2023. All are fully leased, with FedEx Ground leasing the entirety of Building 5. Building 6 was completed in early 2023 and is fully leased to Our Next Energy. Building 11 is the latest building in the park to be developed by Ashley Capital. The 628,000 SF building boasts a state-of-the-art precast concrete construction design offering all the features and amenities required by today's sophisticated warehouse/distribution and manufacturing companies. Building 11 is expected to be completed in 2024.
